In this chapter of my #WorkExperience, I will tell you about my job position at Lounge Lizard Worldwide, which I began in March 2020 and ended in May 2020 due to COVID-19.

Lounge Lizard is a results-driven digital marketing agency founded in 1998 and based in New York City which has a diverse roster of clients, some of which include Isuzu, Ford, Walt Disney, Honeywell, McGraw Hill, MoMa, National Geographic, Motorola and many others.
Awarded by UpCity as a top 1% North America digital agency 2019, Lounge Lizard is known as a web design and development shop, but it actually offers 360° online marketing solutions, from social media, to SEO, advertising and e-commerce.
Timeframe
March 2020 to May 2020. Employment type: full-time. Contract terminated due to COVID-19
Achievements
✔ Reached the first SERP’s organic position for the keyword “web design agency New York” in 3 months. Result obtained by optimizing Lounge Lizard Google My Business page;
✔ Successfully launched a new business unit (Newt Digital) which received 5 to 10 proposal requests every day.
Main activities performed
Responsible for researching, planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for a broad variety of clients and industries;
Provided ROI and KPIs reporting to demonstrate value and results to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewal.

I reported directly to the CEO and I was accountable for business development, building client relations, and preparing and presenting pitch decks/presentations.
In addition to my regular duties, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I led Lounge Lizard’s initiative to help companies transition to remote work while the mandatory home order was effective in the state of New York.
The objective was to show entrepreneurs the best strategies to manage their team from home and how to utilize the best telecommuting tools to fit their organization’s needs.

I also introduced a new way to pitch proposals. The following image represents a sample of my creative and engaging pitch deck style (I’ve censored the agency prices, the client’s logo and name).
This is a pitch crafted for a potential client who wanted to reach and sell his products to 3,500 pool dealers in one year.
This new look is designed to maximize engagement with a strong visual impact during presentations. It is not meant to be sent to a client without explanation, since no caption or detailed description are provided.
